Northmoor Tree Care is run by Daniel Reeve from a yard just outside Ashcombe. We work for homeowners, residents' associations, businesses and the council on felling, stump grinding, crown care and general tree work across the valley.
We are local and we know the ground here, from town gardens in Ashcombe to exposed plots along the water at Hollowmere. Climbing technique, a platform and a stump grinder cover most of it, and the kit grows every year.

Yes. That is most of what we do. When a tree cannot drop in one piece we take it down in sections, lowering each piece on ropes or working from the platform, so nothing lands where it should not.
Sometimes. Trees under a preservation order, and any tree in a conservation area, need consent before work starts. We check before we quote and we will tell you what applies to your tree.
Fully. Public liability cover is in place on every job and we are happy to send the certificate before we start.
Whatever you prefer. We can chip the brash on site and take it away, leave the chips as mulch, or cut and stack the timber for firewood.
